Gain control over your exposure! Eliminate motion blur and over use of flash.

The Basics Series is three classes. They can be taken in sequences, or individually. The series is designed to help build a strong foundation of understanding.

EXPOSURE

Getting the “right” quantity of light on your sensor is an evasive goal for most photographers. This class starts off with spending a few minutes on the basics of owning a DSLR including:

  1. Understanding some about what focal lengths mean
  2. Demystifying some of the jargon photographers use
  3. Exposure Triad – This is the balance of ISO/SHUTTER/APERTURE
    a. ISO – How it is THE most important thing to optimize the use of natural light
    b. SHUTTER – Motion blur is one of the most common errors. This is the solution as well as catching jaw dropping action!
    c. APERTURE – Probably the hardest to understand but least significant part of the triad. How this and proximity impact depth of field.

This class will get you on the road to understanding why you have blurry, dark or overly bright images and how to compensate to get some GREAT shots.

If you want to register for the Series, you will need to register for each class separately but pay for it at the start of this first class.

Cost – $30
Series of 3 Classes – $75
